The HR Technology and Analytics Branch - HRMOI is responsible for ongoing support to critical HR operational processes through the appropriate provision and application of information processes and enabling technologies. It is also responsible for developing the HR Division Technology strategy and roadmap that will support integrated talent management processes enable full visibility into our global workforce by deploying a technology solution that integrates people processes data and intelligence from corporate and satellite systems and databases and will provide workforce analytics and tools to support evidence-based decision making across people-related processes (in particular workforce planning recruitment reassignment and deployment to emergencies).

The Branch consists of three teams:

  • (1) HR Technology Deployment;
  • (2) HR Systems Administration and Support;
  • (3) HR Reporting & Analytics.

The consultant will play a major role in the digital transformation of the HR department applying his / her creativity influencing strategy and providing technical expertise and recommendations to fully take advantage from the last technology and best practice applying to HR.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Under the general supervision and guidance of the Team Leader of HR Technology Deployment the Consultant HR will be responsible for the following key duties :

  • Support maintain optimize and improve the existing HR web-based business applications (Reassignment PACE...) to ensure a robust reliable efficient and bug-free quality technology experience for the HR team and end-users.
  • Work collaboratively with HR business units and the HRMOI Technology team members to develop and add new functionalities and modules when necessary.
  • Provide and maintain the documentation required for quality insurance and future maintenance of the system.
  • Conduct unit regression and performance testing. Develop test scripts for end-users if needed.
  • Maintain and improve the existing data interfaces between the web-based applications and other HR systems including the HR core system (SAP / Workday).
  • Collaborate and partner with other HR in-house developers and the teams to ensure the HR technical developments are done in compliance with the FIAF guidelines and coherently integrated with other corporate technology platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with the team leader and the other HR in-house developers to improve the development / deployment environment to explore the opportunities to move the HR applications to a more modern and secured technical environment
  • Participate to the Oracle database migration and decommissioning. Plan and run the decommissioning of existing HR applicated replaced by Workday HCM when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with Business Stakeholders and HCM project teams to develop new Workday Extend applications when necessary.
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing Workday Extend applications.
  • Other tasks as required.
