A leading hospitality group in Italy is seeking a Project / Construction Manager to drive hotel development projects from planning to handover. You will lead the technical delivery, manage timelines, quality, and budgets, and collaborate closely with architects and contractors. The ideal candidate has a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and is fluent in English and Italian. This role offers growth opportunities in an expanding company.

KOKOMO develops and operates character-driven hotels in standout locations across Europe. Kokomo currently has three active development projects across Europe totalling over 175 keys, with an additional 150 keys in the pipeline. For our ongoing and upcoming projects in Germany, Italy, and beyond, we’re looking for a Project / Construction Manager who can reliably drive our building and renovation projects from planning to handover.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical and construction delivery of our hotel projects
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, specialist planners, authorities, and contractors
  • Manage timelines, quality, and budgets across all project phases
  • Prepare and support tender processes; review and evaluate proposals
  • Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and manage risks
  • Work closely with our internal development and design teams
Profile
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project or construction management
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, trades, and technical details
  • Structured, clear communicator with high standards for quality
  • Languages : English and Italian required, German a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
