Complex Director of Sales - Hotel Gabrielli & Hotel Splendid Venice (VE)

Join Starhotels and become part of the Sales Team at our Hotels in Venice!

As a Complex Director of Sales your mission is to coordinate and implement all commercial activities and maximize business opportunities for our two fascinating properties, the Hotel Splendid Venice and the newest Hotel Gabrielli, in the heart of Venice.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating, planning and executing all commercial activities for the Hotel Splendid Venice and the Hotel Gabrielli.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
  • Managing the Hotel Budget regarding Sales activities / initiatives.
  • Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
  • Handling and developing relationships with key clients.
  • Managing relationships with local institutions / organizations to which the Hotels are linked.
  • Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Sales Team regarding all the activities / initiatives.
  • Analysing competitor strategies.

  • Previous and proven experience in the role.
  • An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept.
  • Strong knowledge of the assigned area.
  • Proactive mind-set and positive thinking.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
Languages
  • Italian – fluently
  • English – fluently
  • Additional languages are a plus.
