Clariter group, a company operating in the market of B2C services through Crowdsourcing, is looking for a Community Manager to be included in the Crowdsourcing Best Practice Team.

The working context

Crowdville has a community of thousands of active users who perform daily activities on the Company's platform.

Key responsibilities

• Setting up and managing weekly activities where typical tasks are: understanding activity requirements, recruiting specific people through email, monitoring the activities and reporting results;
• Managing the needs of the participants, creating, moderating and increasing communication between the participants;
• Increasing community members through deals with other online communities, social media posts and other strategies;

Writing posts on the Company's social media platform and on the most common social networks.

Must have Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Italian & English languages;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel;
• Have passion or experience with Social Media and community management;

Other key features are: flexibility and the skill to think outside the box, problem solving skills and crisis management.

Nice to have Requirements

• Knowledge of Big Data and digital marketing;
• Experience within the digital marketing environment and experience with managing a large online community;
• Fluent knowledge of Portuguese;

Multidisciplinary culture related to areas such as communications, PR, web 2.0.
