Job description
- Managing mise en place
- Welcoming guests
- Cleaning and maintaining order in the dining area
- Supporting the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the dining service, ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and HACCP regulations
Initial fixed-term contract with potential for extension or permanent employment. Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday, with one day off, evening service only. Accommodation will be provided during the initial period.
Profile requirements
- Hospitality diploma
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English
- At least one year of experience in a 4-star hotel
- Strong organizational skills, communication, customer focus, and teamwork
