Job Description

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing, as part of its growth and development strategy, is looking for a resource to join its Sales & Marketing department at its Vimodrone (MI) site as a Commercial Operations Specialist.

This role does not involve laboratory activities but requires specific technical skills, mainly focused on daily support for external and internal clients, managing communications (phone, email) with clients (BioPharma, Medical Device, and Biocide markets) and internal operational and commercial units to provide the required technical and / or commercial support.

The position requires daily use of IT systems and English language (role part of an European team, manager not based in Italy.).

Responsibilities
  • Direct contact, management, and support for Direct and Intercompany clients regarding Lab Access platform;
  • Assistance and support to the sales team and technical secretaries in preparing offers, test codes, and / or sample management;
  • Customer data management and requests in CRM;
  • Interface with various company departments to resolve logistical and / or administrative issues;
  • Support units in managing assignments to ensure consistency with economic proposals and compliance for sample processing within the company LIMS;
  • Support commercial management / Inside Sales and Commercial Operations management in defining operational workflows for the team.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Biology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, or other scientific fields;
  • A previous experience in Customer Care / Service or similar roles will be considered a plus;
  • Ability to interface, support, and communicate with clients at a commercial level;
  • Ability to monitor and follow up on projects;
  • Excellent knowledge of English is a Must (interview will be conducted in English);
  • Organization, accuracy, and punctuality;
  • Autonomy in daily work management and teamwork;
  • Problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent command of IT tools;
  • Residence in Milan or nearby Vimodrone.
