About The Job

The role designed for you

In the role of Coating Planner, you will report to the Coating Planning Manager Roll EU, and you will have the chance to acquire specific and hands‑on knowledge on manufacturing and supply chain processes.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams like Order Fulfilment, Production, Maintenance, Quality, IT, Commercial for daily activities in a challenging and international environment, as well as getting exposure to the Plants Directors and Operation Director for discussion of key results of the activities.

• You will plan the coating machines with the aim of ensuring the right availability in line with the planning policies and the expected service level for our internal and external clients
• You will collaborate constantly with Operational Buyers to ensure a schedule aligned with the availability of the raw material
• You will guarantee stock at the target level, in line with the company policies, interacting constantly with internal functions in order to guarantee the respect of that level
• You will identify and analyse the possible production constraints and potential capacity improvement in order to meet the medium‑long term demand
• You will monitor and implement performance KPIs in line with company standards
• You will interact with Order Fulfilment team, Sales and Customer Service for the order confirmation with a customer centric approach

The Attitudes And Skills We’re Looking For

• You hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering or related
• You demonstrate 2 years of experience in similar sector would be considered a plus
• You own strong analytical skills and problem‑solving capabilities
• You show strong relational skills and capability to collaborate with the different functions
• You have proactivity, drive, communication skills, ability to influence, high level of energy and sense of responsibility
• You are able to manage stress and workloads
• You know IT tools (e.g. Excel)
• You have a result orientation, pragmatism, and customer‑centric approach
• You are proficient in Italian and English. Spanish will be considered a plus.
