A leading technology company is seeking a Cloud Data Architect in Pisa, Italy, to help drive Big Data projects. The successful candidate will deliver data transformation and loading, bridging the gap between Data Science and Data Engineering. Required skills include experience in cloud environments, knowledge of Big Data architectures, and familiarity with Azure tools. This position offers an innovative work environment where cultural elements from Japan and Europe are integrated.

Competenze

• At least 2 years experience on Azure is preferred.
• Experience in migrating workloads from on-premise to cloud environment.
• Experience with data visualization solutions is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support customers in Big Data projects.
• Deliver data acquisition, transformations and loading into data lakes.
• Act as a bridge between Data Science and Data Engineering.

Conoscenze

Experience in a cloud native environment

Knowledge of Big Data Architectures

Azure infrastructure and networking experience

Experience in building proofs-of-concept

Experience migrating workloads to cloud

Monitoring distributed infrastructure

Experience in Java, Scala, Python

SQL knowledge

Experience with Agile Methodology

Experience with Apache Spark and Azure Data Factory
