A leading clinical research organization is seeking a motivated individual for a support role in clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have a Life Sciences degree and 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include supporting the global System Support team and managing high-level professional relationships. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this position. This opportunity is home-based and offers flexibility.

Competenze

Your day to day will be focused on :

• A key aspect in this job is
• EC´s & RA Submissions
• For this you will work shoulder to shoulder with the Clinical Trial Manager.
• Payments
• including sites, Ethics Committees, vendors, patient reimbursements...
• eTMF (VEEVA) & paper
• Investigator site File : electronic & paper
• Local Vendors management (bonotaxi, equipment certification)

Responsibilities

• Can be CTA or SR CTA level
• Home-based
• CTA role will be dedicated to the global System Support team and have a primary focus on MyCloud administration
• The difference for GCTS is the function in need of support and therefore the focus for the CTA will shift away from direct study support to more indirect study support
• Someone who is detail oriented, organized, and able to work with a variety of people will succeed in this role
• If someone had a special interest in technology they could be a good fit for this group, but that is not a requirement

Education

• Life Sciences degree
• Advanced level of English

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2 years relevant work experience in Clinical Trials.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and team working skills and must be able to manage high level professional relationships with internal and external customers, like international teams, 3rd parties and people in a global environment.
