The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in a CRO and strong skills in clinical data management, eCRF design, and data quality checks. Overview

SR is expanding its capabilities and looking for a Senior Data Manager.

Profile Requirements

• Degree in life science, pharmaceutical, biology or related field
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or clinical research organization (CRO) environment, at least 6 years, is required.
• Knowledge of aspects of clinical trials and management of clinical data (eCRF design, data management plan, preparation of the related documentation, data quality checks, reports drawing-up, medical coding, SAE reconciliation, data transfer, reporting, DB Lock - Unlock, ...).
• An analytical mindset with problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relational skills in managing the development of the data management process, in the interaction with the Sponsor, research centers and investigators.
• Knowledge of modern database technologies and information systems.
• Experience in the use of electronic data capture tools, statistical knowledge, use of MedDRA, WHO-DDE and SAS system are preferred.
• An excellent knowledge of English and Italian, written and spoken, is required
