Estimating & Methods Analyst – Grouting & Special Foundations

We are looking for anexperienced Estimating and Methods Analystto join ourEstimating & Methods Teamat ourMilanheadquarters.

The figure will be responsible for supporting theBidding Departmentin the analysis, economic estimating and development of execution methodologies for specialized works. In particular, he/she will have a focus onspecial foundations and soil consolidationand improvement techniques.

Main Responsibilities:

• Study tender documents (drawings, geological reports, technical reports) to prepare technical-economic proposals;
• Develop execution methodologies for deep foundations and soil consolidation works, with particular attention to current regulations;
• Perform cost estimates and techno-economic feasibility assessments on projects of different nature;
• Continuous collaboration with company departments in charge of technical support;
• Participate in meetings with suppliers and subcontractors, contributing to the definition of technical specifications;
• Support, when necessary, site inspection activities, analyzing critical issues and possible improvement solutions.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree inCivil Engineering, preferably with a specialization inGeotechnics;
• 2-3 yearsof experience;
• Understanding ofgeotechnical investigation techniquesand deep foundation methods;
• Knowledge of technical regulations and construction site safety standards;
• Proficiency inMS Office(especially Excel);
• Fluent in English(written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
• Willingness to travel abroad.
