About the Role

We are seeking a talented full-time

• Chief of Staff
• to work closely with Cozymeal’s CEO. This role involves taking on responsibilities from the CEO and eventually managing one or more departments. It offers high growth potential, with opportunities to advance to Director of Operations, VP of Operations, and ultimately COO. The role will significantly impact Cozymeal’s productivity and growth by streamlining initiatives and overseeing operations.

A Day in the Life of a Chief of Staff at Cozymeal

• Oversee strategic initiatives from development to execution, under senior leadership guidance.
• Design and improve organizational processes; identify and address knowledge and skills gaps.
• Refine existing KPIs and establish new ones to monitor key metrics related to demand, supply, and operations.
• Collaborate with partner recruiting leads on market focus, partner onboarding, and demand fulfillment.
• Work with partner operations to maximize partner success.
• Coordinate with customer support and sales teams to meet key metrics.
• Lead the implementation of features to optimize and scale operations.
• Partner with executive team members to set and prioritize business strategies.
• Identify high-impact customer acquisition projects with strong ROI.

Requirements Include

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, sciences, engineering, or related fields.
• MBA or graduate degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of management consulting experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to scale the business through systems, processes, and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and quick learner.
• Experience or interest in culinary arts is a plus.
