ColonnaCaramanti is seeking outstanding talent : a Chartered Accountant or an experienced Trainee with 2–4 years of practice in high-level professional boutiques or leading audit firms, inspired by a Firm grounded in independence, tenacity, empathy and a long-term vision. We are looking for a professional with curiosity and depth, able to bring insight and cross-practice awareness to tax advisory in all its dimensions, from the structuring of corporate and group taxation to the analysis of cross-border profiles and the preparation and review of complex tax returns for companies, consolidated groups and high-standing individuals with international assets. The role also includes exposure to corporate accounting, statutory and consolidated financial statements and, depending on the candidate’s strengths, may extend to corporate governance and board-related activities, participation in statutory audit boards and supervisory bodies, the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and the support of valuations and expert reports, voluntary or ex lege.
