The Casino VIP Services Consultant is responsible to develop and cultivate strategic relationships with VIP Casino clients, partners, Junket Representatives, through multi-platform marketing initiatives that drive MSC Cruises revenue and brand awareness. The role is aimed to promote MSC products, to provide an excellent service towards the customers, handling casino guests' requests at 360°, organizing their stay onboard (booking, post booking, info, complaints, communications).
Meet assigned annual sales quota and other relevant individual and departmental KPIs.
Availability to travel for business during Casino's most important events, as a representative of MSC.
