Overview

Sass Dlacia S.p.A. is looking for a Senior Waiter to join the restaurant team at Ütia de Börz for the upcoming winter season, with the possibility of continuation into the summer. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, this role covers the full service cycle, including preparing and setting up the dining area, welcoming guests, taking orders, and handling payments.

We are seeking candidates with proven experience in hotels or restaurants, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform in a friendly yet high‑volume environment. A professional qualification or hospitality diploma is preferred. Excellent command of Italian and English is required, while knowledge of German will be considered an asset. Enthusiasm, service orientation, flexibility, and adaptability are essential qualities to succeed and grow within our team.
