Position: Cablatore Elettrico - Team Leader Assemblaggio Impianti Elettrici

Adecco Italia Spa is seeking for a well-established industrial group in the electronics sector, specializing in power electronic systems, located in Valsamoggia (BO):

• Role: Cable Electrician - Assembly Team Leader for Electrical Systems

The ideal candidate has preferably completed technical education in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and has at least 3 years of proven experience in electrical wiring for industrial or civil sectors.

The selected candidate will be part of the Electrical and Electronic Power Systems Assembly Department. Together with three other cable electricians, they will manage the assembly of complex power electronic systems.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Supporting Project Managers and R&D in troubleshooting during assembly and system testing
• Assisting the project manager in defining assembly, testing, and FAT schedules
• Contributing to continuous improvement in the production and testing processes
• Participating directly in activities aimed at reducing assembly and testing times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil and industrial electrical wiring
• Motivation to learn new sector skills
• Teamwork skills and ability to work on complex projects with colleagues and project engineers
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Contract: Permanent, with salary package to be discussed based on experience and company welfare benefits.
