Job Description:
This role will support sales initiatives through managing CRM data, assisting with leads, qualifying opportunities, and sharing sales collateral. The position involves client-facing communication via email and Zoom, averaging around 20 hours per week with flexibility, and has potential for expansion into full-time.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage CRM data entry and ensure accurate records of leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Evaluate inbound leads, qualify prospects, and prioritize follow-ups.
- Assist with outreach and send sales collateral to brand partners.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Support client communications and deliver presentations when needed.
- Track key sales metrics and prepare simple pipeline activity reports.
- Liaise with internal teams to process sales orders and support fulfillment.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (high proficiency required).
- Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Monday.com) preferred.
