A tech-driven financial platform is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage Italian SMBs and generate outbound opportunities. The role involves qualifying leads, making cold calls, and collaborating with Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have a sales mindset, align with the company’s values, and be fluent in Italian. Compensation includes a €40k OTE with uncapped variable earnings. The work environment is hybrid, combining in-office and flexible remote work.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. Your mission will be to generate high-quality outbound opportunities by engaging Italian SMBs that need better financial organization and helping them understand how Sibill can support their business. You’ll be a key player in our sales engine, ensuring that: - Only relevant and qualified leads reach the Account Executives - Low-quality or non-relevant leads are filtered out early - Early-stage or “not ready yet” leads are nurtured properly

You are comfortable with high volumes and repetitive tasks, are a problem-solver, and have an entrepreneurial mindset to spot problems and propose solutions. You’re resilient and motivated by a reply on the next call. You are fluent in Italian and enjoy working with Italian SMBs.
Experience-wise, we’re open to 0–2 years in sales (SaaS / Tech is a plus), but we value mindset and potential first.
The role includes engaging Italian SMBs, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process from outreach to handoff to Account Executives.
