David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global fintech company that provides traders worldwide with access to a wide range of financial instruments, innovative trading tools, and professional support in a secure, regulated environment. We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Northern EU or CIS Regions client base.

Position details
  • Position: Business Development Manager (EU or CIS Regions)
  • Location: Remote
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Remuneration: Base salary / uncapped commission
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent / native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication, other languages would be a huge advantage i.e. Russian is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in (Northern EU or CIS Regions)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Forex field (including evidence of having active portfolio worth at least 100-150K (per month Net Deposit))
  • Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
