David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global fintech company that provides traders worldwide with access to a wide range of financial instruments, innovative trading tools, and professional support in a secure, regulated environment.

Position : Business Development Manager

Location : EU, Remote

Employment type : Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  3. Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
  4. Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
  5. Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities. Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Fluent / native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
