Your challenge

You will be placed in our Milan office, within the Commercial Department, where you will be responsible for playing a key role in driving profitable and sustainable growth across the MMEA region, in line with Allianz Trade’s global strategy. This role supports Business Units (BUs) in identifying market opportunities and customer needs, leveraging Allianz Trade’s expertise and solutions portfolio. The Coordinator will also lead and support commercial initiatives to help achieve new business targets within the financial institutions segment. You will be primarily responsible for the following activities:

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to MMEA BUs, including product availability, internal processes, and compliance with group standards
  • Conduct cross-functional analysis to support the structuring of complex deals, including underwriting and product adaptation needs
  • Act as a key liaison between business units and central functions (Legal, Credit Intelligence, Policy Admin, Collections and Group Commercial teams)
  • Support BUs in executing commercial actions and customer engagement as needed

  • You have strong knowledge of the banking and financial institutions sector and its business models and deep understanding of market dynamics within the MMEA region
  • You have proven ability to balance commercial objectives with portfolio quality and operational complexity
  • You have experience in structuring complex contractual terms and financial solutions
  • You have strong relationship-building skills with clients and intermediaries
  • You have excellent written and spoken English
