Competenze

  • Esperienza di almeno 2 anni in vendite e marketing operativo.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle abitudini di consumo delle diaspore nella regione.
  • Competenze comunicative eccellenti in Italiano e Inglese, con una terza lingua africana richiesta.

Mansioni

  • Sviluppo del fatturato attraverso azioni sul campo e comunicazione con le comunità di venditori e acquirenti.
  • Analisi di mercato per definire aree di prospezione e piani di marketing.
  • Implementazione del piano di Trade marketing e visibilità del prodotto nei punti vendita.

Position based in Palermo or Catania (full remote)

Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card.

It offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€ and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in +160 countries.

Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan…

These offers are now available in physical and digital form through resale networks: telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, convenience stores, etc.

Beyond the distribution of Libon offers, it seems necessary to better communicate, animate and federate the communities around the application.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope concerns the growth of Libon’s turnover in Italy through actions on the field. The adjustment of offers and promotions for their physical distribution, as well as the communication and animation of communities of sellers and buyers around the application.

In B2B, at points of sale that sell our Scratchcards/Epins.

In B2C, direct interaction with application users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.).

Market analysis :

• Define its prospecting area, hot spots and its priorities to develop Libon’s sales volumes

• Ensure a competitive and technological watch

• Identify and prioritize distribution networks and geographical areas of deployment

• Hunting and commercial prospecting

• Identify lead-generating contacts and study the need for community customers

• Test the different distribution networks and different customer promotion logic

• Implementation of the Trade marketing plan decided by the management

• Be creative / force of proposals to make Libon even more visible and known to points of sale and diasporas

• Implementation of the POS in the points of sale to ensure minimum visibility of the product in the partner networks

• List the points of sale that offer Libon products

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• +2 years of experience in field sales and operational marketing / Trade marketing/community distribution in Sicily would be a plus

• Have a talent for negotiation and a strong appetite for acquiring new customers

• Good knowledge of the diasporas and their consumption habits in the area

• Good knowledge of Excel and numbers in general.

• Excellent communication skills (written/oral)

• Be voluntary, dynamic and enthusiastic

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal Libon / external Networks

• English and French(intermediate level) and a 3rd African language like wolof are mandatory for the position.
