CGA Technologies Srl is a leading metalworking company in the production of heat exchangers for the automotive, alternative energy, electronics and refrigeration sectors. We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER

Role and responsibilities

The Business Developer will be responsible for contributing to the company's commercial development through the following activities:

  • Establish necessary connections with internal teams to generate new RFQs;
  • Manage orders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective communication with internal teams;
  • Monitor the market and competition, analyze trends and opportunities to optimize sales strategies;
  • Acquire new customers through lead generation and customer engagement strategies.

Skills

  • Degree (Engineering preferred);
  • 3-5 years of experience (Energy sector preferred);
  • Teamwork and problem-solving skills;
  • Economic and financial sensitivity;
  • Precision and goal orientation;
  • Project management and organizational skills;
  • Fluent in English (mandatory);
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe.
