Summary

As the Brand Leader for Renal, you will integrate a long-term strategic vision with the execution of the Tactical Plan. Your role involves maintaining a focus on key objectives and market priorities, guiding competitive positioning, and serving as a reference point for internal and external stakeholders. You will coordinate the Brand Team and foster synergy among cross-functional teams, including access, medical, and sales. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure impactful messaging and campaign implementation in the field.

About The Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
  • Execute, monitor, and analyze tactical plans to ensure brand growth. Lead the development of promotional activities in line with SOPs and the Code of Conduct.
  • Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses. Assess the marketing mix for cost-effectiveness and results.
  • Identify market insights and opportunities through customer interactions. Execute central and regional marketing activities.
  • Monitor product performance and external environment; take corrective actions as needed to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Medical teams to maximize activities.
  • Scout centers, KOLs, and OLs by disease within the assigned territory.
  • Identify specific needs for different patient segments and understand disease implications within the territory.

Essential Requirements

  • Scientific or Economic Degree
  • Previous marketing experience
  • Experience in the therapeutic area is a plus
  • Experience in sales is a plus

  • Project management skills
  • Operations management and execution skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
