A leading multinational engineering firm is looking for a Bid Engineering Coordinator for EMEA & India. In this role, you will organize and manage bid activities, ensuring customer needs are met. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Energy Engineering and over 5 years of related experience. Competenze

• 5+ years of bid engineering experience in manufacturing or engineering companies.
• Solid experience analyzing technical specifications within customer requests.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical regulations for pressure vessels, including API 661 requirements.
• Experience and knowledge in air cooler component details is a plus.
• High ability to read Process Data Sheets and P&ID; technical drawing knowledge (CAD).

Tasks

• Organize and manage bid activities in EMEA & India organization to meet customer needs and expectations
• Manage the tasks assigned to bid engineering in coordination with Sales Manager EMEA & India
• Participate in building One Bid strategy across the Air Sales organization
• Implement One Bid strategy in EMEA & India organization (process, tools, competences)
• Attend coordination and follow‑up meetings with Air Team and within EMEA & India Air team
• Attend customer presentation meetings to share company product knowledge and technical clarification meetings (remotely or in‑person)
• Cooperate on any internal project where bid engineering knowledge can support Air Cooler sales goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Energy Engineering with 5+ years of bid engineering experience in manufacturing or engineering companies
• Solid experience analyzing technical specifications within customer requests
• Strong knowledge of mechanical regulations for pressure vessels, including API 661 requirements
• Experience and knowledge in air cooler component details is a plus
• High ability to read Process Data Sheets and P&ID; technical drawing knowledge (CAD)
• Proficient in Italian and English
