A prestigious luxury resort in Como is seeking a Bellmen Coordinator to warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and assist throughout their stay. Responsibilities include handling luggage, assisting with cars, and maintaining entrance cleanliness. Candidates must be fluent in English and Italian, have at least one year of experience in a luxury hotel, and possess a valid driving license. This full-time position offers an opportunity to be part of an exceptional hospitality team.

Competenze

Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s Bellman is in charge of welcoming and courteously helping guests at their arrival and throughout their stay at the resort.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with car doors upon arrival
  • Offer guests a warm “Welcome” and a sincere “Farewell”
  • Be able to exert physical effort in placing, removing and transporting guest luggage
  • Deliver upon check-in and remove luggage upon check-out from guests’ rooms
  • Handle luggage promptly and safely
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and entrance
  • Handle delivery and storage of guests’ items and baggage
  • Park guests’ cars safely in the resort’s parking lot
  • Check arrival and departure reports to anticipate guests’ needs
  • Be familiar with room products and services offered, including IT equipment
  • Perform Mandarin Oriental’s standards in accordance with Legendary Quality Experience’s principles
  • Perform all the duties as deemed appropriate by management
Requirements
  • Full proficiency in English and Italian; an additional language is preferred
