About Our Property

Naples Grande Beach Resort is a prestigious property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, located in Naples, Florida. It features 474 elegantly appointed guest rooms and 85,000 square feet of meeting space across 35 versatile rooms. The resort offers a dynamic experience with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and lush tropical landscapes.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused leader to join our team as a Fitness Attendant. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service, maintain a clean and well‑organized fitness environment, and maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area.

Your Role

• Enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center.
• Ensure equipment is safe and operating correctly.
• Greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center.
• Have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel.
• Ensure policies are followed in all point‑of‑sale operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
• Help resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right.
• Work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.

Compensation

$14

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
