Your Role

Join SushiSamba Milan as Bar Manager and become a key part of the guest experience, creating a dynamic environment where quality, hospitality, and creativity meet.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating and developing a distinctive drink menu that reflects SushiSamba’s cosmopolitan spirit and Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian influences.
• Overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring excellence, efficiency, and impeccable service.
• Monitoring equipment, glassware, and stock, managing resources effectively.
• Analyzing guest preferences and introducing innovative initiatives to enhance the experience and boost revenue.
• Leading, motivating, and training the team, fostering passion and a sense of belonging.
• Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborating with management and other departments to ensure smooth and effective coordination.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in high-end cocktail bars or fusion restaurants.
• Deep knowledge of mixology techniques and awareness of international trends.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Team spirit and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to connect with an international and multicultural audience.
