An international technology company is seeking a Project Manager to lead small projects with low complexity in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in managing project budgets and schedules. This position reports to:

Project Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. You will ensure all activities are executed according to procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will define and apply basic project scheduling techniques to proactively manage schedule risks.

The work model for this role is: #Hybrid

This role contributes to the Motion Service Division. Main stakeholders include customers and internal functions such as planning, engineering, and purchasing departments.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team allocated to the project.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, resource utilization, and financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, and managing project risks, and pursuing opportunities.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Energetic, Mechanical, Management)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience managing project scope, costs, schedules, and vendors/subcontractors
• Knowledge of Electrical Motors is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solution-focused approach
