The candidate should possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office and have at least 3 years of experience in finance. Responsibilities include monthly reporting, profitability analysis, and improving reporting tools. The role offers flexible working hours and the possibility of smart working arrangements two days a week.

For the Finance & Controlling Team of our HQ based in Monza/Concorezzo (MB), we are looking for an Associate Finance Controller

JOB DUTIES:

• Support accounting, planning and controlling activities worldwide;
• Support Budget / Forecasting process for all subsidiaries;
• Monthly reporting and performance evaluation;
• Profitability analysis and control versus forecast;
• Key Performance Indicators set up and reporting;
• Maintain and improve reporting tools, dashboards and excel databases;
• Prepare What if scenario’s and Business valuation models;
• Analytical assistance to Business Cases;
• Support the owners of the business channel to increase market share.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack;
• Work experience in Big four accounting firm;
• At least 3 years of experience.

We offer a contract with ccnl Textile-industry at a level commensurate with the experience gained, daily tickets from 8€ and a competitive amount of Welfare. Weekly schedule: 40 hours full time from Monday to Friday with flexible opening and closing times (8.30 to 9.30 and 17.30 to 18.30).Frette offers the possibility to have an individual Smart Working arrangement for two days a week.
