• Makes signature cocktails efficiently to the correct specifications
• Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Support the organization and cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Prepares and serves drinks to guests in the restaurant with a high level of hospitality
• Maintains stock levels by monitoring and passing on any orders that need to be placed
• Sets up and closes down the bar at the start / end of each day
