How does the application process work?

  • first touch: an interview with Simona, People Care team manager, and with a team member closest to the position to assess your professional skills.
  • team touch base: a second interview with the Servant Leader and/or Product Owner to assess your attitude and compatibility with the team.
  • almost done: we’ll discuss budgets and you’ll have a final interview with our CFO.
  • welcome on board! Your onboarding process begins.

What you do on a daily basis

Every day, you’ll define and lead the art direction of integrated campaigns for national and international clients. You’ll design creative concepts and turn them into deliverables for both digital and offline channels, using generative tools to create and optimize assets. You’ll coordinate photo and video shoots and work closely with copywriters, PMs, and producers to ensure consistency and quality—managing creative and organizational challenges autonomously while respecting timelines and budgets. Artificial Intelligence will be one of your main tools, continuously enhancing our creative approach.

Who you are

You have at least 3–5 years of experience in an agency or creative role. You’re independent, a true problem solver, and passionate about proposing innovative visual solutions. You’ve worked on integrated campaigns and know the fashion industry well, with hands‑on experience in photo and video direction. You can coordinate teams and suppliers with an organized, results‑oriented mindset. You’re positive, collaborative, and eager to experiment with new technologies—especially those powered by artificial intelligence.

Key Technical Skills
  • Excellent knowledge of video animation and motion design, and proven experience using AI tools for creative asset generation and optimization.
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), including integrated AI tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Figma.
  • Advanced use of AI and generative tools.
  • Understanding of photo and video production practices.
  • Familiarity with digital workflows and collaboration tools.
Nice to have
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile principles and working in cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with text‑to‑image and generative video tools.
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Employment or collaboration agreement according to the candidate’s profile.
