A leading company in the luxury goods industry is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead growth across Italy and South East Europe. The successful candidate will manage distributor relationships, key accounts, and organize tasting events to promote premium brands. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in sales within the wine or spirits sectors and a strong proficiency in both Italian and English. The position is primarily remote, with a focus on proactive engagement in the territory.

Competenze

  • Minimum 5 – 10 years of sales experience in the wine, spirits, luxury goods, or premium consumer products industries.
  • Proven track record in distributor and key account management.

Location : Remote / Field-based (Home Office in Italy preferred)

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Italy and South East Europe. The successful candidate will represent the RSN brands in the assigned territory, managing distributors, key accounts, and on- and off-premise customers. This role requires proactive sales leadership, strong presentation skills, and the ability to conduct educational tastings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.

Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.

Organize and host consumer and trade tastings, ensuring brand presentation and education standards are met.

Monitor and manage distributors in your territory.

Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events.

Be aware of and report trends and activities etc in the markets.

Ensure all activities and initiatives are aligned with corporate philosophy and legal compliance of each country.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 – 10 years of sales experience in the wine, spirits, luxury goods, or premium consumer products industries.

Proven track record in distributor and key
