A leading luxury goods company is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Italy and South East Europe. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, represent the company's brand at events, and develop sales strategies. Proactive leadership and strong presentation skills are essential. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the relevant industries is required. This position is remote/field-based with a home office preference in Italy.

Competenze

  • Fluent in English, Italian, additional languages a plus.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Sales Manager to drive growth across Italy and South East Europe. The successful candidate will represent the RSN brands in the assigned territory, managing distributors, key accounts, and on- and off-premise customers. This role requires proactive sales leadership, strong presentation skills, and the ability to conduct educational tastings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy in alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
  • Organize and host consumer and trade tastings, ensuring brand presentation and education standards are met.
  • Monitor and manage distributors in your territory.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Be aware of and report trends and activities etc in the markets.
  • Ensure all activities and initiatives are aligned with corporate philosophy and legal compliance of each country.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 – 10 years of sales experience in the wine, spirits, luxury goods, or premium consumer products industries.
