The dedicated team emphasises sustainability and environmental awareness, while creative collaboration and customer focus form the basis of the company's success.We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager Southern Europe (m / f / d) Italy / Spain / Portugal to fill a permanent position. You work from home, preferably in northern Italy. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in technical sales and B2B technical consulting for products requiring explanation (OEM and trade).Are you a dynamic and intrinsically motivated individual who thinks strategically and enjoys sales? Do you enjoy expanding and developing the existing customer base through intensive acquisition, strategic approaches and structured market development? Tasks
  • Technical B2B sales of products requiring explanation in the Italian, Spanish and Portuguese markets.
  • Look after existing customers, provide them with technical advice and further develop relationships.
  • Clear focus on structured new customer acquisition to leverage remaining large market potential.
  • Compile and evaluate market and competition information and work closely with internal sales team.
  • Document successes in modern CRM system and report directly to sales manager.
Profile
  • Completed technical or commercial training or comparable qualification.
  • Several years proven professional experience in sales in automotive, mechanical engineering and plant construction sectors.
  • High level of technical and commercial understanding.
  • Dynamic, intrinsically motivated, act strategically, structured, enjoy sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, independent working style, negotiating skills, willingness to travel in sales area.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, fluent language skills Italian, Spanish, English.
