Bulgari Italia S.p.A. is looking for an Area Sales Executive in Rome to sustain the Wholesale and Franchisee businesses for national and international markets. Implement the right network and commercial goals to reach sell‑out targets and overall profitability while keeping mono‑ and multi‑brand locations properly organized and represented.

Accountabilities
  • Ensure implementation of the commercial strategy within assigned channels.
  • Support definition and presentation of a commercial plan summarising goals, key strategies and expected outcomes.
  • Explore new opportunities and nurture existing relationships with Business Partners.
  • Review commercial plan continuously, adapting to client feedback and market dynamics.
  • Optimize performance of current locations using available growth levers.
  • Benchmark competitors within the area of responsibility.
  • Perform periodic analyses, present findings to management and monitor Business Partners’ KPIs.
  • Attend BPs‑dedicated events, select the BP audience, place orders effectively.
  • Support BPs with marketing & communication activation in‑store activation activities.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders for seamless brand integration and consistent execution across all channels.
  • Collaborate with local merchandising and visual merchandising to keep displays consistent with DOS world and optimal.
  • Ensure Franchisees align with brand identity, monitor correct retail guidelines and trigger corporate stakeholders in case of mismatch.
Requirements
  • 4‑5 years experience.
  • Proven ability to track, analyse and interpret data (sell‑in/out/through inventories, payments, returns, returns through).
  • Experience B2B sales, preferably luxury sector.
  • Knowledge of the relevant market, preferable.
  • Product knowledge a plus list a plus.
