About the Role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Application Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, configuration, and adoption of ESAPRO, our CAD‑based engineering design software for industrial plant design. The role combines technical expertise, client‑facing activities, and problem‑solving skills within an innovative and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting, training, and support to Spanish‑speaking customers using ESAPRO.
• Configure ESAPRO environments to match customer workflows and project requirements.
• Assist clients in CAD‑related technical topics, ensuring successful onboarding and continuous adoption.
• Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with the development team on improvements.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and best‑practice guidelines.
• Participate in product demonstrations, pre‑sales activities, and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in application consulting, technical support, engineering software, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent professional background.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD environments.
• Full professional proficiency or native command of Spanish.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ESAPRO is considered a strong plus.
• Background in industrial plant design, P&ID, 3D modeling, or similar technical fields.
