Competenze

• Conoscenza dei principali processi nell'area Acquiring POS.
• Familiarità con circuiti di pagamento come Visa e Mastercard.
• Esperienza con SQL e linguaggi come Java e Cobol.

We are an IMEL (Electronic Monetary Institute) with approximately 8 million payment cards and 400,000 POS terminals.

For the Acquiring IT organizational unit, we are seeking a Technical Functional Analyst for our team in Rome or Milan.

You will join a growing and continuously evolving environment and will be able to:

• Support internal/external clients in defining requirements for change requests;
• Perform technical and/or functional analysis;
• Draft technical-functional specifications for internal and/or external application development;
• Prepare technical materials for interdepartmental implementation of change requests (e.g., infrastructure requests, file transfer, security);
• Support Operations in managing the service in production (incident and problem analysis).

• Knowledge of main processes in the Acquiring POS area (Terminal management, Merchant management, Interbank protocols, Clearing & Settlement, Monetary accounting);
• Familiarity with payment circuits (e.g., PagoBancomat, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UPI);
• Experience with SQL and other programming languages (Java / Cobol);
• Good command of English;
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
