Algorithm Engineer – Computer Vision and Deep Learning, Parma

Our team in Parma (Italy) is seeking a passionate and skilled Algorithm Engineer with a deep understanding of computer vision, deep learning, and computational geometry.

The successful candidate will play a role in generating high-quality ground truth data for HD maps, supporting autonomous systems and spatial intelligence.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced algorithms for computer vision applications.
  • Develop and optimize deep learning models.
  • Apply computational geometry techniques to solve complex spatial problems.
  • Collaborate with the team to integrate your work into our in-house auto-annotation system.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Experience with computer vision and deep learning libraries such as OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
  • Solid understanding of deep learning architectures.
  • Strong background in computational geometry (triangulation, matching, 3D reconstruction).
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker or Podman, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or automotive applications.
  • Knowledge of numerical optimization or SLAM techniques.
