We are looking for an AI & Automation Product Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, evolving, and monitoring AI-based products to support process automation, operational improvements, and enhancing customer experience (e.g., chatbots, virtual agents, intelligent document processing).
  • Collaborating with Data Science and IT teams during the design, development, review, and continuous iteration of conversational engines powering various channels.
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements to identify relevant use cases for customers.
  • Developing a Q&A framework, conducting user testing, and continuously evaluating performance.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related fields (Informatics, Computer/Management Engineering).
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising complex technical solution projects with direct customer impact.
  • Excellent analytical skills and good knowledge of Python.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, NLP, generative AI, agentic systems.
  • Experience in Agile product development and tools like Jira, Figma, Microsoft DevOps, Confluence.
  • Passion for customer experience, support, and innovation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, MS Copilot Studio, UI Path, or similar tools.
