Overview

ZACMI, a historic Parma-based company now part of a major American group, builds machinery for the food and pet food industries. To expand its workforce, it is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented After Market Specialist to join its team. In this role, he / she will support our After Market office by managing customer requests, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a high-quality service experience after the sale.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support for after-sales services.
  • Manage spare parts orders, quotations, and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical, logistics, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by offering proactive and reliable support.
  • Maintain a proactive approach when dealing with customers to anticipate their needs and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience (3-5 years) in After Market / Customer Service / Sales Support.
  • A diploma or degree in Languages is considered a plus.
  • English Proficiency and fluency; 1 or 2 additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; verbally, written, face-to-face and over the phone with customers and co-workers.
  • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Availability to travel when required.

Permanent contract as per the CCNL Metalmeccanici - Industria, with compensation and level commensurate with experience.
