Overview

Join to apply for the Activity host (on-call) role at YELLOWSQUARE. Yellowsquare Florence is looking for an Entertainer / Activity Host (On-Call) to bring our events to life!

Are you full of energy, love meeting new people, and want to create unforgettable moments in hospitality? This is an on-call role with evenings and weekends availability in Florence.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead social activities: quiz nights, karaoke, tournaments, games, mini-challenges.
• Create opportunities for guests to meet, connect, and have fun together.
• Propose and co-design new daytime and evening formats.
• Host with a mic, present confidently, and engage diverse crowds.

What we’re looking for

• High energy, positive, hands-on attitude.
• Great people skills and strong teamwork.
• Friendly, welcoming personality; comfortable with international groups.
• Fluent English (Italian is a plus; other languages welcome).
• Ability to host small events and “work the room.”
• Reliability and punctuality; availability evenings/weekends.
• On-call (intermittent) contract, variable hours based on the events calendar.
• Mainly evening and weekend shifts.
• Classification and pay according to the applicable Italian CCNL.
• Location: Yellowsquare Florence.
