This role will involve supporting the Accounting Manager with daily activities such as managing the Accounts Payable and Receivable cycles, preparing financial statements, and monitoring invoicing. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Accounting or a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, along with three years of related experience. Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge are essential. The position is full-time, targeting candidates with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Accounting Assistant

In the context of the SSE International Group, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to be included in our Accounting Team and support the Accounting Manager in daily activities. The role will ensure correct administrative and accounting processes, prepare and update accounts, and support the preparation and closing of financial statements, including interim ones.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management of the Accounts Payable cycle.
  • Support the management of the Accounts Receivable cycle.
  • Monitor accounts receivable invoicing for specific clients.
  • Conduct quarterly reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Assist the function manager during audit reviews by the Statutory Auditor.
  • Prepare accounting data for interim and annual financial statements (postings and adjustments).
Profile
  • Diploma in Accounting or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
  • 3 years of experience in an Administration and Finance department, with exposure to all related professional activities.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of ERP management systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, adaptability, and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Additional qualifications considered a plus:

  • Knowledge of SAP Business One and DocFinance.
