For our Santena plant, part of our Valeo Holding Group (VHG), we are seeking an Account Payable Specialist - L 68/99 art.1.

As an Account Payable Specialist - L 68/99 art.1 at Valeo VHG Italy, you will work with leading car manufacturers in electronics development within an international and multicultural environment.

Mission and key responsibilities:

• Record accounting transactions according to local law and MAF standards.
• Check primary document requirements (master data, reception).
• Archive records.
• Execute subsequent operations in the accounting system (unblocking for payment, processing payments, clearing items).
• Ensure compliance with internal audit LSF rules.
• Prepare balance sheet justification (payables sub-ledger).
• Support monthly closing documentation.
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and tax checks.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies related to price, volume, and payments.
• Approve e-proc requests (verify account numbers).
• Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance by adhering to the code of ethics and company policies.

Desired skills and experience:

• Degree in Economics or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Good knowledge of SAP ERP.
