Role Overview

The Accountant will support the finance team as it prepares for a planned IPO, helping deliver accurate month‑end, year‑end and statutory reporting across the UK and EMEA. The role may be office‑based in London or remote within EMEA time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in month‑end reporting and deliver timely, accurate information.
• Take full responsibility for ledger processes aligned with your strengths.
• Support the year‑end audit and statutory reporting.
• Help prepare the finance team for an IPO.
• Improve the efficiency of financial procedures and monitor compliance.
• Share knowledge between team members to ensure coverage.
• Continuously develop your skills and stay current with IFRS and other standards.
• Build strong relationships with key colleagues outside the finance team.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record and career performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.
• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, ACMA, CPA, etc.).
• Experience at a large public accounting firm or a public multinational corporate accounting department.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or a similar enterprise‑grade system.
• Willingness to travel up to four times per year.
