A leading eCommerce agency is seeking an Account Lead to manage a major Amazon Ads account in Parma. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amazon PPC and DSP advertising, with a strategic mindset and excellent client-facing skills. You'll lead a team and oversee strategic initiatives across multiple product categories. Fluency in multiple languages including French, German, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable, and you will report to a Senior Director.

A leading eCommerce agency is looking for a highly strategic Account Director to lead one of their largest Amazon clients across Europe. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of a multi-category brand across Amazon platforms.

As the strategic lead, you’ll oversee a major Amazon Ads account with multiple product categories and multiple stakeholders. You’ll guide two high-performing Account Managers and work closely with the broader European team to drive performance, innovation, and strategic clarity.

? What You’ll Do

• Own the Amazon advertising strategy (PPC and DSP) for a key client
• Act as the primary strategic partner across regional and global brand stakeholders
• Lead internal planning and external communications to ensure campaign alignment and success
• Guide and coach Account Managers, ensuring best-in-class execution and insight-driven planning
• Develop scalable strategies that combine ad performance, creative, and retail insight
• Navigate and coordinate across multiple markets, teams, and timelines
