• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and operational objectives.
• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
