Job description

· Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in any field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Shipping Lines as a sales professional.

· Experience in TP trade (USA & Canada) is preferred.

· Required Language(s): English (Must be proficient).

· Excellent knowledge of transportation, shipping, logistics, and supply chain management.

· Strong market insight, ability to execute strategies, and maintain close relationships with customers through proactive and responsive communication, demonstrating a high sense of responsibility.

· Fast learner, self-motivated, results-oriented, and a good team player.

· Willing to travel and engage in professional development.

· Domicile in Surabaya.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop air, ocean, and road freight sales to maximize gross profit per customer.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential customers by providing service updates and fostering strong client connections.
  • Promote the company's freight forwarding services.
  • Record sales and order data to support business expansion.
  • Leverage market insights to drive growth across various transport modes.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to stay updated on client needs and challenges.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Proactively engage with buyers and traders in the USA through professional communication channels.
