PT Indonesia Research Institute Japan is a company engaged in research and business consulting. Originating from research, IRIJ acts as a consultant to bridge between Indonesia and Japan, and vice versa. In practice, IRIJ also establishes new businesses in various industrial sectors. We are currently looking for the right candidate to fill the Event Project Officer position at our Head Office with the following requirements:

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.

Strong interest and experience in event planning, festival management, or brand experience projects.

Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail, capable of delivering seamless event experiences.

Proactive, highly initiative, and able to manage projects independently and within cross-functional teams.

Willing to travel and work on weekends/public holidays when required (based on event schedule).

Placement in Jakarta.
