About the role

PT VOKSEL ELECTRIC Tbk. is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team in Cileungsi, West Java. Offering the opportunity to play a key part in managing and growing our important client accounts. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying new opportunities to expand our business.

What you'll be doing

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing and strengthening relationships

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients

Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs

Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction

Provide regular updates and reporting on account performance and key metrics

Support the wider sales team with prospecting, pitching and closing new business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in a cable manufacturing company

Proficiency in English (Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage)

Precise, hardworking and passionate for sales.

Good appearance with strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skill.

Proficiency in Account Management and Customer Relationship Management.

Able to work in a target oriented work environment.
